1. Eligibility:

2. Complimentary Inspection:
The complimentary inspection includes an on-site assessment for permanent home or dock lighting. No purchase is required to receive the inspection. DRC Electric reserves the right to limit complimentary inspections based on scheduling capacity.

3. $150 Off Lighting Offer:
Discount applies only to new lighting installation projects booked within the promotional period. The $150 discount is deducted from the final project invoice. Offer cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified in writing.

4. Veteran Discount:
An additional discount is available to verified active-duty military members and veterans. Proof of service may be required prior to project scheduling.

5. Promotional Periods:
Special offers and discounts are subject to change or end without notice. To qualify, customers must confirm booking within the stated promotional timeframe.

6. Scheduling & Availability:
All appointments, including inspections and installations, are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. DRC Electric reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, material availability, or safety concerns.

7. Project Approval:
Final project scope, pricing, and installation details will be confirmed after inspection and customer approval. No work will be performed without written or digital authorization from the homeowner.

8. Warranty & Service:
DRC Electric provides warranty coverage on installation workmanship according to local and manufacturer standards. Warranty terms will be detailed in your project agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability:
DRC Electric is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by factors outside our control, including extreme weather or supplier issues.
